At this stage, yes: full tournaments, the ranking, online payments and the public page cost nothing, with no commission to the club. What you pay for is Club Pro, the club's CRM, which is free for founding clubs during launch.

Mexico, for now. Club sign-ups from other countries are declined with the reason, so we don't promise a directory and a ranking that don't exist there yet.

No. WhinPadel runs in the browser of your phone or computer. You can add it to your home screen like an app, with notifications, without any store: there is a two-minute guide.

With “Register my club” you create the account, logo, address, courts and their hours. If your club is already in the directory, claim it from its page. We review the sign-up and let you know on WhatsApp.

As many as you want, with as many categories and pairs as you want. No cap on tournaments or players.

Yes. It draws the groups keeping seeds apart by ranking, builds the bracket per category and gives every match a day, time and court from your courts' hours, respecting the time requests you approve and the rest between rounds. You can preview the result before saving, and move any match by hand afterwards.

You collect online with Mercado Pago (card, OXXO or SPEI) and the money lands in the club's account, or by transfer and cash marking it as paid. WhinPadel takes no commission from the club.

Yes. Download the template, fill it in and upload it; before anything is imported you see a review screen with what will be created and the errors marked. You can also register pairs by hand, or share the link and let them sign up.

The control desk: the court board with who is waiting and who goes next, the grid to move matches in two taps, the screen for the club TV and scoring from the phone. It is told in full in “Tournament day”.

From the tournament link: pick a category, invite your partner or choose them if they already have a profile, and pay the way the club asks. Your phone is your account: no password. Once the club sees the payment, your spot is confirmed.

Yes, from your registration, as long as you haven't paid and within the deadline each tournament sets. If you already paid, write to the club: refunds are issued from their panel.

On the tournament page, with your name searched: your next match with day, time, court and rival. If you turn on notifications on your phone, you get court changes and the scores you need to confirm.

If the club has it on, yes. You enter it from your match, the other pair approves it and, if nobody objects, it is confirmed after 24 hours. The control desk can use or correct it.

Each category has its own ranking. You earn points by how far you get in each tournament, and tournaments from the last 12 months since they were played count. Points land when the tournament closes and the table is recalculated overnight.

Yes. You can play tournaments at any club. Your ranking is unique per category, wherever the tournament is.

Claim it from your panel, on the “Is a result wrong?” card. Say what it shows today and what it should say, and attach proof: a photo of the bracket, the trophy or the schedule. A person reviews it, fixes the data if it's right and always replies. Nothing is corrected automatically.

Yes, including past tournaments or ones not run with WhinPadel. Claim it from your panel with proof of your result; and tell your club, which can upload the full results with the Excel template so everyone who played gets their points.

There is no automatic promotion. Your profile shows your path to promotion: each title in your category counts according to the class of tournament (an annual is worth more than an express) and, when you reach the cut, it shows “Ready to move up”. Your city's committee decides. When you move up you start from zero in the new category and keep your record.

There is no automatic demotion today. If you think you are in the wrong category, write to us or tell your club.

Tournaments from the last 12 months since the day they were played count. A tournament older than a year stops adding up; the result stays in your record.

The club sees each entrant's ranking and record before accepting them, and every player's profile shows their path to promotion. If you see a clear case, tell the club or write to us.
