General
Yes, completely. There are no subscription fees, hidden commissions, or locked features. All tools are available for clubs and players at no cost. We sustain the platform through sponsorships from sports brands.
WhinPadel is available for clubs and players in any country. Our main presence is currently Mexico and Spain, but any club worldwide can register and use the platform.
No. WhinPadel works directly in your mobile or desktop browser. It's a responsive web app designed to work great on any device.
For Clubs
Click on 'Register club', complete your club details (name, address, courts, schedules) and your account will be reviewed by our team. Approval typically takes less than 24 hours.
Unlimited. There is no restriction on the number of tournaments, formats, or the number of players per tournament.
Yes. After registration closes, the system orders teams by combined ranking, assigns seeds and automatically generates the elimination bracket, group stage or league table depending on the chosen format.
You handle the money yourself, however you already do it: transfer, cash or card terminal. In the platform you mark each registration as paid and the pair sees it confirmed. There is no integrated payment gateway yet.
No. WhinPadel charges no commission at all. The money goes straight from the player to the club, never through us.
For Players
Each category has its own independent ranking. You earn points based on your placement in tournaments you play. Every result counts: there is no drop-worst and no rolling window. Points land when the club closes the tournament, and the table is recalculated overnight.
When you are promoted, your points reset to 0 in the new category. You start from the bottom and accumulate points only from tournaments in your new category. Your previous history remains visible on your profile.
Browse available tournaments in your category and city. Select a tournament, choose or invite your partner, pay the registration fee and wait for the club confirmation.
If you believe a player is competing in a category below their real level, you can file a claim from their profile. If 10+ players submit the same claim, the case is escalated to the committee for review.
Yes. You can be associated with multiple clubs and play tournaments in any of them. Your ranking is unique per category regardless of the club.
File a claim from your panel (My Rankings, the 'Is a result wrong?' card). Explain what it says today and what it should say, and attach proof: a photo of the bracket, the trophy or the schedule. A person reviews it (WhinPadel or your local alliance), fixes the data if it's right and always replies. Nothing is corrected automatically.
Yes. This also covers past tournaments or ones not organized with WhinPadel. File a claim from your panel with proof of your result and we'll review it; and tell your club — they can upload the full tournament results with the Excel template, so everyone who played gets their points, not just you.
Ranking & Categories
There are two automatic paths: winning a tournament in your category (immediate promotion), or reaching the final in two consecutive tournaments. There's also committee review if you reach semifinals in 3 of your last 5 tournaments.
If you are eliminated in the first round in 5 consecutive tournaments, you can request a demotion. The committee reviews your case and decides. When demoted, your points also reset to 0.
Yes. Points from tournaments played more than 6 months ago lose 25% of their value each month. This encourages consistent participation.
