2. How We Use Information

We use your information to manage your account, calculate and display rankings, process tournament registrations, send relevant notifications and improve the platform.

3. Public Information

Your name, category, club, tournament stats and ranking position are public information visible to other users. Your email and personal contact details are not publicly visible.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share anonymized and aggregated data with sponsors for visibility reports (e.g. total number of players by city, without identifiable data).

5. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored encrypted and communications are made over HTTPS.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, MercadoPago). WhinPadel does not store credit card data or banking information.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can request deletion of your account by emailing contacto@whinpadel.com. When deleting your account, your personal data will be deleted, but historical tournament results may be kept anonymized to preserve ranking integrity.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for platform functionality (authentication, theme preferences). We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
