How it works
From signing up to the final, in six steps
Your club runs the tournament from one place: registrations and payments, groups, draw and schedule, the control desk on the day, and the ranking at the end. Here is the map; each step links to where it is told in full.
For clubs
Six steps. The first three happen at your desk; the fourth is a couple of buttons; the fifth is Saturday.

Sign up
Create the club account with your logo, address, courts and their opening hours. Ten minutes, once.

Create the tournament
The wizard walks you through: dates and poster, categories with their quota and price, courts and hours. Or duplicate last year's and change the dates.

Take registrations and payments
Publish and share one link. Pairs register, invite their partner and pay: online with Mercado Pago, or by transfer and cash you mark as paid. The Payments tab is the tournament's ledger.

Build the draw and the schedule
Draw the groups, build the bracket, set the hours. One button per phase, or “Generate everything”. Time requests and rest rules are respected; a checker flags anything that breaks.

Run the day
Control desk, court board and grid. You see who is waiting, who is warming up and which court frees up next; scores go in from the phone and the bracket advances on its own.

Close and rank
The tournament closes itself with the last score. Points go into the ranking overnight, and every player keeps their record.
For players
No app to install. The tournament link is the whole thing.
Create your profile
Your phone is your account: no password. Category, city and club.
Find a tournament
Filter by category and city. Register with your partner or invite them from the link.
Pay the club
Online, by transfer or at the desk. Your spot is confirmed when the club sees the payment.
Play and climb
Your time, court and rival on your phone. Score from the court. Points into the ranking when the tournament closes.
What it costs
Free, for now
Running full tournaments is free at this stage: no commission to the club, no limit on tournaments or players.
What you pay for is Club Pro: the club's CRM and bank-transfer collection with review. It costs MXN 2,900 a month and is free for founding clubs during launch.
You collect online with Mercado Pago (card, OXXO or SPEI) and the money lands in the club's account, or by transfer and cash marking it as paid. WhinPadel takes no commission from the club.
