Tournament day
A tournament is three different days. The one before —registrations, categories, brackets— any platform handles. The one after —results, ranking— too. The one in the middle is the long one, and it's the only one WhinPadel took seriously.
You open the control desk on the front-desk tablet. Courts empty; the day's matches queued.
It fills up. Each court that frees up suggests which match goes in, respecting the schedule.
First request to change a time. Tap the match and see where it fits without a clash.
A court gets wet. You block it with a reason and the matches move to the ones left.
Groups finish. You seed the bracket and review the seeding before publishing it.
The final, on the reception TV, with the live score and sponsors along the bottom.
Every court on one screen: which are busy, who is waiting, and which match goes into the one that just freed up. The system suggests it, respecting the court you assigned in the schedule.

“Can you change my time?” is answered in two taps. Tap the match and the grid turns into a map of where it fits and where it doesn't. And with no free slot, you swap the times of two matches.
Big buttons for scoring on your feet, with padel's rules built in: a set doesn't open until the previous one closes, and the third only at one set all. On save, the winner moves up the bracket.
Best of 3. The bracket advances on save.
A TV at reception with one band per court: who is playing now, who is next and at what time. Without a single button that changes data, because anyone walks past it.
