A tournament is three different days. The one before —registrations, categories, brackets— any platform handles. The one after —results, ranking— too. The one in the middle is the long one, and it's the only one WhinPadel took seriously.

1At the desk
Every court on one screen: which are busy, who is waiting, and which match goes into the one that just freed up. The system suggests it, respecting the court you assigned in the schedule.

2For changes
“Can you change my time?” is answered in two taps. Tap the match and the grid turns into a map of where it fits and where it doesn't. And with no free slot, you swap the times of two matches.
3On court
Big buttons for scoring on your feet, with padel's rules built in: a set doesn't open until the previous one closes, and the third only at one set all. On save, the winner moves up the bracket.

4At reception
A TV at reception with one band per court: who is playing now, who is next and at what time. Without a single button that changes data, because anyone walks past it.

Tournament day doesn't start at seven in the morning. This is already built and you use it from the same panel.
If you turn it on for your tournament, each pair says when they can't play as they sign up —"not Saturday morning"—. You approve them and the schedule respects them.
Groups and bracket spread across your courts and hours, with rest between matches and the finals at the time you say. An auditor flags what doesn't add up before you publish.
Main, gold, silver and partner. They appear on the tournament page, on the shareable poster, on the schedule sheets and along the bottom of the club screen.
For a match ("semifinal tomorrow"), for the day, for the tournament presentation and for the champions. Story format, ready to post, generated from that moment's data.
One sheet per category, ready to pin on the wall, save as PDF or send on WhatsApp. Same link, always up to date.
Every payment with a numbered receipt that can be resent without charging twice. The daily cash-up adds up, and the desk knows who owes before sending them to court.
If you turn it on, the pair pays as they sign up. Cash, transfer and card terminal are recorded the same way, in the same box.
Registration confirmed, payment received, the opponent proposed a score: they land in the bell and, if the player allows it, as a push alert on their phone with nothing to install.
If you turn it on: when the match ends one pair enters it from their phone and the other confirms. No answer in 24 hours and it stands. The desk always has the last word.
They don't need to install anything or sign up to check. You send a link and that's it.
Tournaments are where we started, not where we stop. None of this exists yet and we are not giving dates: it is so you know what you are signing up for.
